Terms of Use
Terms governing access to and use of the LiveGroowe mobile application, website, AI features, goal-planning tools, subscription services and related services.
1. About LiveGroowe
LiveGroowe is an AI-powered goal achievement platform designed to help users structure goals into personalized Journeys, Chapters, Milestones, Missions, progress indicators, achievements, XP, levels, AI-generated recommendations, AI Advisor responses, weekly summaries and adaptive changes based on user activity and information supplied to the Service. LiveGroowe assists with planning, organization, reflection and execution. It does not guarantee that any real-world goal will be achieved.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the minimum age required under applicable law, to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where such permission is required. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
3. Your Account
Certain features require a LiveGroowe account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account information current, secure access to your email and device, avoid unauthorized account sharing and notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts using false identities, sell or transfer your account, or use another person's account without authorization.
4. Goals and Information You Provide
LiveGroowe personalizes the Service using information you choose to provide, including goals, current progress, experience, available time, resources, budget, deadlines, preferences, obstacles, previous attempts, mission results and other context relevant to your goal. You are responsible for the information you submit and for deciding whether it is appropriate to provide that information to the Service.
5. Artificial Intelligence
LiveGroowe uses artificial intelligence to analyze goals, generate questions, build Journeys, create Missions, suggest Milestones, generate achievements, adapt plans, respond through the AI Advisor, summarize progress and generate recommendations. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. You should independently evaluate important information before relying on it and remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Completing Missions, Milestones, Chapters or other in-app activities does not necessarily mean that your real-world goal has been achieved. A Journey may be changed, extended, reorganized or supplemented if the original plan is completed but the underlying goal has not been achieved. LiveGroowe does not promise employment, income, customers, business growth, academic results, fitness results, health outcomes, financial returns, relationship outcomes, competition results, successful product publication or any other particular result.
7. Not Professional Advice
LiveGroowe is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, tax, safety or other regulated professional advice. Information produced by the Service is provided for general informational, organizational and planning purposes. Consult an appropriately qualified professional where your circumstances require professional advice.
8. Missions and User Responsibility
LiveGroowe may generate suggested Missions and instructions. You are responsible for deciding whether a Mission is appropriate, safe, lawful, realistic and suitable for your circumstances. Do not perform a Mission if you reasonably believe it would be unsafe, illegal, fraudulent, harmful or inappropriate. You may skip, modify, postpone or stop following AI-generated guidance.
9. Progress, XP, Levels and Achievements
LiveGroowe may include gamification features such as XP, levels, achievements, streaks, Milestones and progress indicators. These features are part of the Service experience and, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not represent monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash. In-app progress indicators should not be interpreted as a guarantee of real-world success.
10. Subscriptions and Apple Billing
Some or all LiveGroowe features may require a paid subscription. Current subscription options may include Monthly at approximately $25 per month and Annual at approximately $225 per year, representing approximately a 25% discount compared with twelve monthly payments. The exact price, currency, taxes and subscription options shown in the App Store at the time of purchase control your transaction. App Store subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Payments, refunds and subscription management are handled by Apple through your Apple Account.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription through Apple's subscription management system. Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not retroactively cancel access already purchased for the current subscription period. Deleting your LiveGroowe account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. Refund requests for App Store transactions are subject to Apple's refund policies, procedures and applicable consumer law.
12. Acceptable Use
You may use LiveGroowe only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to violate law, defraud or deceive others, harass or abuse another person, facilitate serious physical harm or self-harm, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, steal credentials, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute unlawful content, circumvent security measures, interfere with service operation, automate abusive requests, scrape unlawfully or attempt to obtain protected system information.
13. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content and information that you submit to LiveGroowe, subject to any rights belonging to third parties. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, transform and use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide requested AI functionality, personalize your experience, maintain the Service, prevent abuse, improve reliability and comply with law. LiveGroowe software, source code, visual design, interface, logos, branding, graphics, original text, algorithms, product architecture and trademarks are owned by or licensed to LiveGroowe.
14. Third-Party Services
LiveGroowe may rely on third-party services or infrastructure for artificial intelligence, authentication, database hosting, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, Apple payments, analytics, crash reporting and notifications. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. LiveGroowe is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep LiveGroowe available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, software updates, security incidents, technical problems or events outside our reasonable control. We may add, modify, replace or discontinue features.
16. Account Suspension or Termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including when you materially violate these Terms, your activity creates a security risk, your activity harms other users or third parties, you engage in fraud or abuse, or we are legally required to act. Termination of your LiveGroowe account does not automatically terminate an independently managed Apple subscription.
17. Deleting Your Account
LiveGroowe provides a mechanism for users to request deletion of their account. When your account is deleted, we will delete or de-identify associated personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required or permitted by law. Account deletion may be irreversible and does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
18. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by the LiveGroowe Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we process it, how AI-related information may be processed, service providers involved, data retention, deletion, user rights, international transfers and contact information.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiveGroowe is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that the Service will always be available, every feature will work without error, AI-generated content will always be accurate, every Mission will be appropriate for every user or using LiveGroowe will result in achievement of any particular goal.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiveGroowe and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption or decisions made based on AI-generated information. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
21. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory legal rights under the laws of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as LiveGroowe changes or where necessary because of new features, legal requirements, security requirements, service-provider changes or changes to our business. The latest version will be available at https://livegroowe.com/terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice where required by law.
